My friend Roddey Reid has published a great article on the public culture of bullying that has arisen in the United States in recent years. Roddey has made the article available for free downloading:
I was fascinated seeing how the author connected the dots in the political and corporate sectors in our culture. Personally, I have been amazed at how often moving around in my little world it feels like I am dealing with a bunch of middle-schoolers. They have lots of power but none of the scruples that come (hopefully) with maturity.
